Not quite what I had in mind but my right elbow was feeling tweaked on the muscle-up warmups... fortunately, Helen was free for the evening.
Warmup:
run 400m
15 10 5
power clean (95 lbs)
pushups
Helen:
3 rounds
400m run
21 KB swing (1.5 pood)
12 pullups
time: 13:45
I feel like I can do much better. I was very tired before the workout and I waited too long to eat today which always throws off my energy levels. I've done this workout once before but didn't record my time. It was pretty close to what I got today. No matter, I will be ready next time and I will destroy this time.
