1 X 2 (250) ... because my form was going to shit at this point

Then,

1,2,3,4 reps right arm DB power snatch
4,3,2,1 reps left arm DB power snatch

Rest for several hours. Then,

3 rounds for time

10 KB swings (1.5 pood)
10 burpees

Time: 3:45

Short duration means all out straight thru to the end. Need to get used to these sorts of volleys for a good Fran and Helen time.
