For Time:
50 Box Jumps (24")
50 Jumping Pullups
50 Kettlebell Swings (35#)
50 Lunges
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press (45#)
50 Back Extensions
50 Thrusters (45#)
50 Burpees
50 Double-Unders
Time: 40:15
Most of these movements felt relatively easy... in that the 50 reps were completed without breaks or with only a few (short) breaks. KTE, thrusters, and burpees however thoroughly handed my ass to me. I had to chew it back a couple of times during the burpees. These 3 killers took the majority of the time and were broken as follows:
KTE: 10 10 5 5 5 5 5 5
Thrusters: 10 10 10 10 10
Burpees: 10 10 10 10 10
I guess I know what to work on...

I'm surprised burpees wasn't on your list of killers. Those kill me in the worst way every time!
Burpees were definitely on the list of killers... perhaps the most deadly of all in fact. Did you mean something else?

no, unfortunately I didn't mean something else. I'm was just being stupid and for some reason didn't see that you included burpees...

last time I did this workout was when you, me, and John went to the track to do it (about half a year ago?). That was a long time ago... Although I clearly remember doing 100 yds of flying burpees instead of the prescribed 50. That sucked. My time was close to an hour I think...
Anyway, my journaling has been terrible. Hence this blog, which I hope will keep me straight.
