Again with the Crap

Things have just not been good. Diet, sleep, workouts, and discipline have all taken a hit. Here's what I've been up to:


Tuesday -

O-clinic

then

30 C & J (95 lbs)

Time: 3:18

Wednesday -

Something that I don't remember right now that took about 12 minutes. I'll look it up later.

Thursday -

70 pullups
70 GHD situps
70 pushups
70 squats

Time: 18:00

Friday - Rest. Core destroyed from GHD.

Saturday - Big fat nothing. Core still hurt from the GHD... probably due to shit nutrition and little sleep.

Sunday -

1-9 up-ladder

Ring dips
DB C & J (35 lbs)
KB swings (1.5 pood)

Time: 14:00

Meant to go up to 10 but I was dead. Should have started there and gone down. Probably could have done more work in less time.
